How do I stop an triggered campaign?

Click the Stop button in the top-right corner to immediately stop the automation. After stopping, emails will no longer be sent even if new leads are added.

If a lead unsubscribes, are they completely excluded from all future automations?

Yes. Unsubscribes take priority over all automations. When a lead unsubscribes:
  • All automated email sending stops immediately.
  • The lead is never included in any automation flow again.
This is a fundamental principle for legal and operational stability, and Emma automatically manages this state.

Can I connect automation to campaigns that have already been sent?

Yes, you can. Using email responses such as opens and clicks from campaigns that have already been sent as conditions, you can move leads to new destination lists, and connect triggered campaigns or sequences starting from those lists.

How are triggered campaigns and sequences connected?

You can set the destination list of an triggered campaign as the source list for the next triggered campaign or sequence. This allows you to naturally connect email responses → additional guidance → sales follow-up.

Are test sends delivered to real leads as well?

No. Test sends are delivered only to selected email addresses of internal workspace users. Use them to preview the content and layout before sending emails to actual leads.
